Wajh (وَجْهَهُ) means; Attention, Attentive, Inner self and Personality:

.( 1 ): BE ATTENTIVE (وَجْهَكَ) TOWARDS DEEN:

====================================

Righteousness is not that you turn your Attention (وُجُوهَكُمْ) to East and West; The East and West are for Allah so, wherever you pay Attention (وَجْهُ), Allah is present there. Allah says; We have been seeing you turning your Attention (وَجْهِكَ) towards attribute. So, be Attentive (وَجْهَكَ) towards Al-Masjid-ul-Haram wherever you are, those who have been given the Book know well that it is the truth from their Lord and Allah is not unaware of what you do.
There is a direction for everyone to which he be Attentive (وِجْهَةٌ). So you should strive to excel in munificence. Wherever you are Allah will bring you all together. Allah is powerful over everything.
You should establish your Inner self (وَجْهَكَ) firm on Deen upright and never be among the associators, nature designed by Allah on which He has created the mankind. There is no change in Allah’s creation that is the establish Deen. Be Attention (وُجُوهَكُمْ) towards His commands in every mosque, invoke Him making your Deen sincere to Him, before there comes a Day from Allah which can not avert, they shall be divided that Day. Whosoever disbelieve will suffer for his disbelief, and whosoever does the righteous good deeds, they prepared the way for themselves.
Is the one who walks Inattentive (وَجْهِهِ) more right or the one who walks properly on a straight path? So, who is better in Deen than one who has surrendered his Inner self (وَجْهَهُ) to Allah and good in deeds, he followed the creed of Ibrahim while Allah become friend of Ibrahim.
Allah says:
To Allah belongs the East and the West. So, wherever you Attentive (وَجْهُ) there is the presence of Allah. Indeed, Allah is All-pervading, All-Knowing.
(2:115)
We have been seeing you turning your Attention (وَجْهِكَ) to the attribute. So, We will certainly assign to you a Qiblah that you would like. Now, be Attentive (وَجْهَكَ) in the direction of the Al-Masjid-ul-Haram, and, wherever you are, turn your Inner self (وُجُوهَكُمْ) in its direction. Even those who have been given the Book know well that it is the truth from their Lord, and Allah is not unaware of what they do.
(2:144)
Righteousness is not that you turn your Attention (وُجُوهَكُمْ) to the East and the West; but righteousness is that one believes in Allah and the Last Day and the angels and the Book and the Prophets, and give wealth, in love of Him, to kinsfolk and to orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and to those who ask, and to set slaves free; and establish Salah and pays Zakah and those who fulfill their covenant when they enter into a covenant, and, of course, those who are patient in hardship and suffering and when in battle! Those are the ones who are truthful, and those are the cautious.
(2:177)
For everyone there is a direction to which he turns his Attention (وِجْهَةٌ). Strive, then, to excel each other in munificence. Wherever you are, Allah will bring you all together. Allah is certainly powerful over everything.
(2:148)
And that you should make your Inner self (وَجْهَكَ) firm on Deen, being upright, and never should be among the associators.”
(10:105)
So, set your Inner self (وَجْهَكَ) to the Deen upright, this being the nature designed by Allah on which He has created the mankind. There is no change in Allah’s creation. That is the establish Deen, but most of the people do not know.
(30:30)
Say: My Lord has commanded justice and that you should Attentive (وُجُوهَكُمْ) towards Him only, in every mosque and invoke Him only, making your Deen sincere to Him. As He brought you in the beginning, so shall you be brought back.
(7:29)
So set your Inner self (وَجْهَكَ) to the establish Deen, before there comes from Allah a Day which none can avert it. On that Day men shall be divided. Whosoever disbelieve will suffer from his disbelief, and whosoever does righteous good deeds, then such will prepare a good place for themselves.
(30:43,44)
Then, is the one who walks falling down Inattentively (وَجْهِهِ) more right or the one who walks properly on a straight path?
(67:22)
Who is better in Deen than one who has surrendered his Inner self (وَجْهَهُ) to Allah and is good in deeds and has followed the creed of Ibrahim, the upright. Allah has made Ibrahim a friend.
(4:125)

( 2 ): GET ALLAH’S ATTENTION (وَجْهَهُ):

==============================
Don’t invoke any other god along with Allah, There is no god but he. Everything will perishable save His Self (وَجْهَهُ), His is the kingdom and to Him you shall be returned. Keep yourself Patience with those who call their Lord morning and evening, seeking His Attention (وَجْهَهُ). Don’t obey the one whose sensibility made to ignorance by Allah’s admonition, he followed his desire and his behavior exceed limits. So give the dues of kinsman, needy and wayfarer, that is best for those who seek Allah’s Attention (وَجْهَ). Whatever interest you give to increase in the wealth of the people, it does not increase with Allah; but whatever Zakah you give seeking Allah’s Attention (وَجْهَ), such people shall have manifold increase. They give food in their love for Him, to needy, orphan and captive. Saying: “We feed you seeking Allah’s Attention (وَجْهِ) only, we ask no reward nor thanks from you.
Those who observe patience in order to seek Attention (وَجْهِ) of their Lord, establish Salah (commands), spend secretly and openly from what Allah has given them and repel evil with goods those are the ones for whom there is the ultimate abode. They says; I have turned my Attention (وَجْهِيَ) straight towards the One who created the heavens and earth, and I am not of the associators.” Those who are with Allah and Messenger you will see them bowing and prostrating in seeking the grace and good pleasure from Allah; the traces of prostration will be in their Personality (وُجُوهِهِمْ).
Allah says:
And invoke not any other god along with Allah, There is no god but he. Everything will perishable save His Self (وَجْهَهُ). His is the command, and to Him you shall be returned.
(28:88)
Keep yourself Patience with those who call their Lord morning and evening, seeking His Attention (وَجْهَهُ) and let not your eyes overlook them, seeking the splendor of the worldly life. And do not obey the one whose heart We have made ignorance of Our admonition, and who has followed his desire and whose behavior has exceeded the limits.
(18:28)
So give to the kinsman his due, and to the needy, and to the wayfarer. That is best for those who seek Allah’s Attention (وَجْهَ). And such are they who are successful.
(30:38)
Whatever interest you give, so that it may increase in the wealth of people, it does not increase with Allah; and whatever Zakah you give, seeking Allah’s Attention (وَجْهَ) with it, then such people shall have manifold increase.
(30:39)
And they give food, in spite of their love for Him, to needy, the orphan, and the captive, (Saying): “We feed you seeking Allah’s Attention (لِوَجْهِ) only. We wish for no reward, nor thanks from you.
(76:8,9)
But only to seek the Attention (وَجْهِ) of his Lord, the Most High.
(92:20)
And those who observe patience in order to seek the Attention (وَجْهِ) of their Lord and establish Salah and spend secretly and openly from what We have given to them, and repel evil with good. Those are the ones for whom there is the ultimate abode.
(13:22)
I have indeed turned my Attention (وَجْهِيَ) straight towards the One who created the heavens and the earth, and I am not one of those who associate partners with Allah.”
(6:79)
Muhammad (P.B.U.H) is the messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are hard on the disbelievers, compassionate among themselves; you see them bowing and falling down prostrate, seeking grace from Allah, and (His) good pleasure; The the traces of prostration shown in their Personality (وُجُوهِهِمْ). This is their description in the Torah. But their description in the Injeel is like a seed which sends forth its shoot, then makes it strong, and becomes thick, and it stands straight on its stem, delighting to the farmers, so that He may enrage the disbelievers through them. Allah has promised forgiveness and a huge reward to those of them who believe and do good deeds.
